Dear Summer

It has been one interesting summer. In this short amount of time I have grown so much as a person and accomplished the goals I set for myself. I’ve focused even more on positivity, love, spreading happiness and pushing to be the best I can be every day. I feel like a different person, and I’m grateful for all the experiences that led me to this point.

Tomorrow I start the first day of my senior year of college, marking the end of this era. Can’t wait to see what the future holds.

More videos and content are on the way.

The Duffle Bag You Need

At some point in every man’s life you will need to up your bag game. Overstuffing a backpack is not a good look and a flimsy duffle bag will never last.

I am always on the go lugging a ton of stuff with me… packing tripods for shooting, clothes for the gym or books for school. I needed a bag that not only looked good but also could take the city’s wear and tear. I partnered up with Coach to show you guys a bag that has surpassed my list of expectations - Coach Rip And Repair Metropolitan Gym Bag

This bag was everything I needed and more. The quality really amazed me. It features pebbled leather, a suede bottom and baseball-esque stitching on the sides for a rugged look. The bag is big enough that I can fit everything I need for my day-to-day and still be easy to carry around the city. The first day I wore this bag I had multiple people complimenting me on the subway and asking where they could purchase it. (Which is not normal for NYC.) This gym bag is perfect for the modern guy and will definitely set you apart from the rest.

Take a look at the pictures above and let me know what you guys think!

Grail Piece

If you couldn’t already tell, I’m a big Hedi fan. I finally had a chance to pick up one of my grails, the Dior Homme Combat boots from his 2007 collection. Paired it with a coat from his 2002 collection as well. Let me know what you guys think of the fit and video! Links to some of the pieces are below.

Coat: Dior Homme AW02 Military Coat
Sweater: Margiela – I’ve never been able to hunt down another but its Line 10 if that helps.

Looking Sharp and Staying Warm

When the temperature starts to drop to the unbearable levels, dressing sharp can be challenging. For me, I hate wearing huge parkas and the multiple heattech layers can only do so much.

Channeling the spirit of Bob Dylan and James Bond in Die Another Day, I wore a leather jacket with a heavy black turtleneck. A turtleneck keeps you warm, saves you from wearing a scarf and if pulled off correctly, you look really cool. Ditching my usual black jeans for these grey wool trousers gave a more clean-cut, sleek look to the outfit. Not to mention they are super comfortable and warm. Lastly, I wore black Saint Laurent boots to tie it all together.

Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. Play around with different fabrics and styles to figure out what works best for you.

ALSO….. I will be returning to YouTube very soon. I know a lot of you who support the blog wanted to see more videos on there. I’m excited for the content I’ll be posting. You can stay up to date by subscribing here.
